经过排查，发现80端口没被占用，安装路径中也没有含有中文，V9运行库也正常，基本的条件都满足，事件是突然性的，半夜3点收到短信说网站无法访问！
没办法，不想起床，于是手机上重启了服务器，但过了一段时间还是有短信说网站无法访问。我就纳闷了。

于是，找问题，看phpStudy\Apache\logs\error.log日记，拉到最底部发现问题：

这才想起是WWW目录不存在，因为我前段时间扫描说WWW文件夹里有木马执行，就把WWW的文件夹改了，于是新建一个WWW文件夹，成功启动。
